We have designed multiple packages to help our clients. The exact cost depends on the package selected and the square footage of the property.

Yes. When you select from one of our packages you will be provided with a link to add to MLS and embed code for websites.

VantagePoint 3D has teamed up with The Home Staging Group for this service. Refer to our addons section on how you can get a discount.

Tour posting questions

Yes, it can be viewed by clicking the virtual tour ICON or Link in both FMLS & GAMLS.

VantagePoint 3D provides a link that you copy and paste on the proper field.

Yes. VantagePoint 3D provides an embed code that you can copy and paste to your site.

Trulia Virtual Tour box contains ‘http://’ by default. Please remove this before adding link for your VP3D Virtual Tour.

Tour capture questions

A typical 3000 SQ FT home takes between 2-3 hours to capture.

Similar to shooting still photography, turn all lights on, adjust blinds to avoid overly bright sun, and make sure the home is staged as you want it to appear in the 3D tour. Once shooting starts nothing can be moved.  This is the time to secure all pets too.

Keep the door closed and that room will not be part of the 3D Tour.

Yes. A room with mirrors on more than 2 sides.

Approximately 24-48 hours, although it’s generally sooner.

Tour viewing questions

Yes, currently Zillow is the most progressive with new technology but others are adding capabilities to adopt quickly.

Our most basic package (Deluxe) includes a 6 month availability. Other packages offer extended availability.You can also extend your tour for another 6 months for a small renewal fee.

Any Apple or PC, Laptop, tablet or phone. Some users using older browsers will need to update to a newer version.
